Boss Automotive Moves, Property Available on Broadway

In the past few years, the stretch of Broadway St. from Loop 410 south to E. Lawndale has been reinventing itself with new businesses and restaurants such as La Panadería, Dutch Brothers Coffee, and Thai Curry Restaurant.
Now, a little over a half-acre is available at 8210 Broadway St, previously the home of Boss Auto. The property is assessed at over $950,000 by Bexar County Tax Assessor. Thai Curry sits in a corner of the site.
Boss Automotive moved in March 2023 to 3400 Nacogdoches Rd, San Antonio, Texas 78217. The Broadway St. property is owned by the Sledge family in Boerne, Texas. They told me they are open to leasing the site again or selling it. As of this writing, there’s no word on the disposition of the land.
